Lay’s World Cup Prize Draw 2026 (the “Sweepstakes”)
NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN, OR CLAIM A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESTRICTIONS APPLY.
1. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Delaware, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia, aged 21 or over with a valid U.S. government issued photo ID at the time of entry (the “Entrant” or “Participant”). The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees, contractors, directors and officers of Frito-Lay, Inc. (“Sponsor”); Genesco Agency (“Administrator”) PromoVeritas Ltd (“Prize Fulfilment Agency”), and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, distributors, participating retail locations, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Promotion Parties”); Fédération Internationale de Football Association (“FIFA”); and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence).
2. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Sweepstakes, selection of the winner, and Sponsor’s exercise of discretion, which will be final, non-appealable, and binding in all respects.
3. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
4. Internet access and a valid email address are required to participate.
5. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 22, 2026 and ends on May 9, 2026 at 5:00:00 pm Eastern Time. The time clock of the computer administering this Sweepstakes is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.
6. Entry Limitations: There is a maximum limit of four (4) entries that can be earned in the Sweepstakes - two (2) entries to be made via a purchase associated route, and two (2) entries to be made by the free postal entry route (see Method 2 in clause 7 for further details).
7. To Enter: There are two (2) ways to earn entries into the Sweepstakes
a. Method 1 – By Making a purchase of Lays’ or Doritos: Purchase any two (2) Lay’s and/or Doritos products in one single transaction from any Lidl Store in the USA within the Sweepstakes Period. Visit www.nolaysnogame.com/lidl/en-us, complete the online form to provide your details (full name, phone number, email address, state and zip code and upload your receipt to earn one (1) entry be entered into the Sweepstakes.
Please retain an itemized receipt that states the time and date of purchase of all two (2) Lay’s and/or Doritos products prior to entry, but within the Sweepstakes Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Sweepstakes we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Sweepstakes. Entrants must purchase any two (2) Lay’s and/or Doritos products in one single transaction.
Only Lay’s and Doritos Packs purchased at Lidl Stores in the USA can participate in this Sweepstakes. One itemized receipt per entry. Receipt must state the time, date of purchase, and list two (2) Lay’s or Doritos products, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Sweepstakes Period.
b. Method 2- Entering By Email without making a purchase: : To enter the Sweepstakes without a purchase, send an email to USAFreeEntry@promowinners.com within the Sweepstakes period and include your full name,, phone number, email address, state and zip code. Email entries must be received by the closing date and time of the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one (1) entry per email. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected or incomplete email entries. Mechanically reproduced, fraudulent, forged or altered email entries are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. No entries may be submitted on behalf of another person. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; requests for confirmation of quantity and/or receipt of email entries will not be acknowledged.
8. All entrants must have a valid email address. The name of the person submitting the entry into the Sweepstakes must be the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter, otherwise the entry may be deemed void. Multiple entrants may not share the same email account. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses (or the domain associated with a submitted email address).
If a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
9. Odds of Winning: Your odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible purchase and non-purchase entries received.
10. The Prize: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x 2-night trip to Los Angeles, CA between the dates of June 24th – 26th, 2026, for the winner and 1 guest. The Prize includes:
a. Return economy flights from a local airport near the winner’s home address to the closest airport in the City where the match is taking place, exact flight details are subject to availability and the Sponsor’s discretion (see clause for further details). If the winner lives within a 150-mile radius of Los Angeles, CA (as determined by Sponsor), ground transportation may be provided by Sponsor in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value;Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a double/twin room at a hotel in Los Angeles with light breakfast, exact hotel details are subject to availability and the Sponsor’s discretion;
b. Return transfers from the hotel to the FIFA World Cup™ event for winner and 1 guest;
c. Two (2) x Category 1 tickets to he FIFA World Cup™ match: USA vs. either Kosovo or Romania or Slovakia or Turkey (depending on the result on 31 March 2026) at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on 25 June 2026. The Group team (either Kosovo/Romania/Slovakia/Turkey) will be confirmed on March 31, 2026.
Total trip Approximate Retail Value (ARV’) is $ 8,800.
11. Further Prize Details & Conditions:
a. The match tickets are allocated, and therefore the dates of the Prize will be at the discretion of the Sponsor and communicated to the winner during the Winner Notification process. The Sponsor will endeavor to take into account winner preference where possible.
b. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Administrator and the Prize Fulfilment Agency and the winner. The Prize fulfilment agency will make reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Sponsor will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organized. Once the Prize details including dates, locations and activities are confirmed, these cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
c. If the winner’s guest is a minor, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
d. The winner is solely responsible for the behavior of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Sponsor reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Sponsor or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Sponsor, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
e. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Sweepstakes and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Sponsor cannot be held responsible for the winner failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
f. The winner will not receive any compensation if their Prize is worth less than the stated ARV. The total Prize value will be dependent on factors such as the winner’s state of residence.
g. Tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available. If the winner is unable to attend or cancels the booking after confirming acceptance of the Prize, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund of any expenses incurred will be provided.

i. Dates of the match are subject to change.
j. The winner and their guest will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organizers or Sponsor if the match or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
k. If for any reason the match is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor which affects the running or conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may in its sole discretion not reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
l. Once tickets have been issued, the Sponsor, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) pandemics or epidemics, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis including quarantine measures of any government authority or other restrictions, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, acts of war, terrorist activity, government restriction, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor (a “Force Majeure Event”).
m. The winner and their guest must comply with the relevant terms and conditions of the premises and match. The premises and event organizers shall have the absolute right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
n. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst at the match/venue, they must not: be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, make any offensive chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
o. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which form part of the Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the match/venue.
p. All tickets issued shall be subject at all times to the ticket terms and conditions of the relevant Stadium. The use of a ticket to enter the match constitutes acceptance of the Ticket Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the relevant Stadium. q. The winner and their guest must comply with the relevant Stadium Ground Regulations, including those set out in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Stadium Code of Conduct (“Stadium Code of Conduct”), available on FIFA.com/tickets.
r. Additional FIFA World Cup 2026™ Terms and Conditions:
i.
ii. The Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on FIFA.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Official Rules.
iii. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines an Attendee has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions.
s. The winner and their guest are subject to screening by the stadium based on their conditions of entry and the Sponsor is not liable if the winner or any person accompanying the winner is refused entry because they do not meet these conditions.
t. The winner and their guest may be subject to a name check against venue or sporting Banning Orders as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a court banning order. Those who are subject to any sport banning order, banned from any sports events or on a list of known “hooligans” will be disqualified and will not be entitled to any form of alternative prize or compensation.
u. The relevant Stadium shall have the absolute right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
v. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor, outlined in clause 10, or forfeit the prize. These dates cannot be changed. If the winner would like to extend their trip before or after these dates, the flight dates can be amended during the Prize Acceptance process, subject to Sponsor’s discretion and at the winner’s own expense. Accommodation is only provided for the dates stated above and cannot be changed. Any additional costs incurred as a result of extending the trip will be the winner's responsibility.
w. Direct flights may not be available, and indirect flights may be provided. The route is determined at the Sponsor’s discretion.
x. Airline seats are subject to availability.
y. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Sponsor's/any loyalty program, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), Sweepstakes(s) or special offer.
z. The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage.
aa. Flight extras are not included in the Prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks).
bb. Travel must be taken at the stated times; no alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight seats once confirmed are not permitted.
cc. The winner and their guest must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same room in all provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Sponsor and any Prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner. All elements must be taken together.
dd. The Sponsor will pay the cost of a standard room plus related room taxes.
ee. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your rooms and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.
ff. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
gg. The winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
hh. In the event the winner or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.
ii. The Prize will be forfeited if:
i. the winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Sponsor;
ii. the winner has any travel/immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within pre-booked period; or
iii. the winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.
jj. It will be the winner’s and their guest's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
kk. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the Prize.
ll. Tickets will be administered in the full name of the winner and their guest. The winner and their guest may need to provide a valid form of ID such as a driving license when entering a stadium and may be refused admission if they cannot verify their identity as the named ticket holder. The winner is responsible for providing correct details and the Sponsor will not be liable for any mistakes made.
mm. Tickets are intended solely for use by the Winner and their guest. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged. Tickets awarded as prizes may not be provided to any other person, resold or offered for resale, exchanged or bartered, nor may they be used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the license granted for the tickets.
nn. The Prize as a whole is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize or any element of the Prize are not available, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
oo. If, for any reason, the match is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor which affects the running or conduct of further games and this Sweepstakes, the terms as stated on the ticket will apply. The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel the Prize and not re-award any additional tickets to the winner and/or guest or reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner and/or guest as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
pp. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Sponsor nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
qq. The winner must inform the Sponsor of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
12. Winner Selection: One provisional winner will be selected in a random drawing from all valid entries received by the Administrator, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by an independent party, on or about May 6, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
13. Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 2 business days of Winner Selection and may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once the provisional winner’s contact information is received, they will receive an email from the Administrator containing further instructions on how to claim the prize which must be completed within forty-eight (48) hours and/or the allotted time frame as stated within the email. For clarity, the forty-eight (48) hours begins at the time the email was sent by the Administrator. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as the winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 48 hours, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, time permitting. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for (a) suspended or discontinued wireless or online service which may result in the potential winner not receiving a prize notification; (b) any change in potential winner’s phone number, email address or mailing address; (c) any undelivered or unanswered text messages or emails, including without limitation, emails that are not received because of the potential winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes email, including any winner notification email, to a spam or junk folder. If (a) an attempted prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable; (b) the potential winner does not properly claim their prize (as instructed within the notification); (c) the potential winner cannot be verified; or (d) the potential winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, the prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Upon forfeiture of the prize for any reason as stated within these Official Rules, no compensation will be given. Any reserve winner may have less time to respond.
14. Upon the request of the Sponsor, any provisional winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Waiver of Liability and, except where prohibited by applicable law, Publicity Release Forms (collectively, the “Release Forms”), all which must be properly executed within the forty-eight (48) hours, from the time the documents were sent by the Administrator , in accordance with the Sponsor’s instructions. The provisional winner will also be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and provide their social security number (collectively “Tax Requirements”) that will be only used for reporting the Prize winnings to the IRS as required by law. The completed Release Forms, Travel Release Forms and Tax Requirements must be returned to the Sponsor within 2 days after the date such Release Forms and Tax Requirements are sent to the potential winner, in accordance with the Sponsor’s instructions. In the event that the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 2 days or provide the Release Forms, as applicable, or the Tax Requirements within the requested time period, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner. If a provisional winner is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner, time permitting.
15. Tax Obligations: The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being assigned. The actual value of the Prize will be reported to the IRS and the winner will receive Misc 1099 to include with their tax filing. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the confirmed winner as required by law. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
16. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 2 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform, PromoVeritas, the Administrator by emailing help_nolaysnogame@promowinners.com within a further 2 days. If a winner does not do so, the Sponsor reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
17. Moderation: The Sponsor reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Sponsor:
a. are in breach of the Terms & Conditions;
b. contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Sponsor or any brand partner;
c. contains or refers to any unauthorized third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;
d. contains any content which has been created by an AI tool, or which has been influenced by AI; or
e. promotes any political agenda.
18. Failure of the Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes details contained in any Sweepstakes materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print advertising, or any other Sweepstakes media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including these Official Rules, at their sole discretion.
19. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor, Promotion Parties, FIFA, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or postage-due mail, text messages, emails or entries. No liability or responsibility is assumed by the Release Parties resulting from entrant’s participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Release Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Sweepstakes: Hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, wireless, electronic or Internet connectivity or other network communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless service providers, servers, hosts or other providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any data transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; inaccessibility of the network in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the network; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an entry submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, submissions of entries, the announcement of the prize or these Official Rules. The Released Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user’s or any other person’s computer, electronic device and/or phone equipment resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND GRANT OF PERMISSIONS: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants and the winner agree (a) to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property, including bodily injury and death, arising from or relating to such entrant's participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By accepting a prize, winner (a) agrees that the Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against any liability including, without limitation, for personal injury, illness or death to entrant or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, including travel thereto, and (b) grants (and agrees to confirm grant in writing promptly upon request) to Sponsor, FIFA and those acting under their authority, the right to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements and biographical information, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including the Internet, in perpetuity, without review, notification or approval, and additional compensation or consideration, unless prohibited by law. The Released Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Sweepstakes (including any prize) is compromised, modified or canceled due to pandemics or epidemics, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis including quarantine measures of any government authority or other restrictions, weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, government restriction, or any other condition beyond their control (a “Force Majeure Event”).
THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
20. Participation in Sweepstakes and acceptance of Prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information, and/or any statements made by each winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for advertising and sweepstakes purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
21. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
22. The Sponsor may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Sweepstakes. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
23. This Sweepstakes is in no way offered, sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with FIFA. FIFA shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes shall be directed to the Sponsor.
24. The Sponsor seeks to run a fair and secure Sweepstakes and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Sponsor reserves the right to bar you from entering future Sweepstakes for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Sponsor reserves the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Sweepstakes.
c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes.
25. Entrants must complete their details using their legal name. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or email addresses and to require them to return any Prize they may have won.
26. The Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered messages or e-mails, including without limitation, e-mails that are not received because of an entrant’s privacy or spam filter settings that may divert any winner notification or other Sweepstakes related e-mail to a spam or junk folder.
27. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Sponsor does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.
28. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to the extent permitted by law, to waive all of their rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes; and (iv) to the extent permitted by law, to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes;(b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a prize (or any component thereof); (d) any change in the Sweepstakes or prizing (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (g) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof); or (h) the negligence or willful misconduct by entrant.
29. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor will not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations or any delay in performing their obligations within these Official Rules if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, earthquake, explosion, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence).
All personal data supplied for this Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of this Sweepstakes by the Sponsor and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree that their information may be processed and used by the Sponsor for the purpose of the Sweepstakes or any associated publicity. The Sponsor may share participants’ data with connected third parties for Sweepstakes administration and prize fulfilment purposes. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 30. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Official Rules.
31. If there is a discrepancy between these Official Rules and those in any sweepstakes material, these Official Rules will prevail.
32. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION: The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. The parties each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Sponsor shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in the State of Texas, and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury, and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a “Demand for Arbitration”, then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in the State of Texas. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn’t apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Texas. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court. This Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Collin or Dallas counties, Texas.
THE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE IN THE ENTRANT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN THE CLAIMS OF OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES WHO MAY BE SIMILARLY SITUATED. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO HAVE ANY CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARBITRATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
33. Winner List: A winner list will be made available 4 weeks after the close of the Sweepstake Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.promowinners.com/nolaysnogame. Without prejudice, the Sponsor will provide winner information to any relevant governing body or authority when requested by them.
